Rénovation de toitures en Aluthermo® Densima dans le parc de vacances Hengelhoef

Dans un des blocs d’appartements, des fuites ont été découvertes dans le toit. Pendant les travaux de réparation, la finition intérieure du toit ne pouvait pas être endommagée et la performance de l’isolation du toit devait être augmentée afin de satisfaire aux nouvelles réglementations de 2020 sur les logements destinés à la location.

Le couvreur Van Der Aa a opté pour l’Aluthermo® Densima. Pourquoi ? Le Densima est isolant, pare-vapeur et sous-toiture en un seul produit et il est conforme à la norme 2020.

De plus, la membrane réfléchissante supérieure réfléchit le rayonnement solaire en été, ce qui améliore le confort des locataires. Plus d’informations sur l’Aluthermo® Densima ICI.
